Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Technical Manager with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise across Commerce and Core Hybris modules, lead development teams, drive solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Design scalable and high-performance eCommerce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Manage technical delivery, code quality, performance optimization, and release management.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.




Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Oversee integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs, OCC, middleware, and web services.
Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and performance standards.
Mentor junior developers and support team capability development.

Required Technical Skills:

8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
Robust expertise in Hybris Commerce and Core modules.
