Purpose: The Accounts Receivable (AR) Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, cash applications, and tracking of open deductions, e.g., chargebacks, rebates, S&D;, SSA, and pricing errors. This role involves strong bonding with the GTN team, maintaining robust relationships with customers, and working cross-functionally to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debts and Shortages & Damages. The AR Manager will also ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.

In addition, the Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Chargeback Credits, which are processed by a third party, are accurately reflected in SAP and for working with the third party to ensure that Chargeback exceptions are reconciled.

During the start-up phase of the Company, this position will be responsible for applying cash receipts and following up with customers regarding past-due payments. As the Company continues to grow,



this position will supervise an Accounts Receivable Associate, who will perform those tasks.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

AR Operations Management:

Oversee and manage all AR processes, including invoicing, collections, deductions, and cash application, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).

Monitor and manage daily activities related to billing disputes, adjustments, knock-offs, write-offs, and reconciliations.

Cash Flow & Credit Management:

Monitor the AR aging report and develop strategies to minimize overdue accounts and improve collections.

Work closely with the Finance team to forecast cash
