Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.
The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise in Ruby on Rails, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and modern engineering practices.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide development teams, drive architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Ruby on Rails.
Define scalable architecture and technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Drive technical discussions, solution reviews, and architectural governance.
Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
Identify technical risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
Application Development
Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications and APIs using Ruby on Rails.
Design and implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
