About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer / QA Lead with strong expertise in Playwright, JavaScript, API Testing, Cloud Technologies, and Test Automation Frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable automation solutions, ensuring product quality, mentoring QA teams, and driving automation strategy across the software delivery lifecycle. Similar internal QA automation profiles and job descriptions consistently emphasize Playwright, Cypress, API testing, CI/CD integration, Agile delivery, and QA leadership

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and integration testing.
Build and execute automated test cases using Playwright and JavaScript.
Develop and maintain API test suites covering authentication, authorization, and integration scenarios.
Create robust automation solutions following industry best practices.




Review automation code and ensure framework reusability and maintainability.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to improve product quality.
Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, estimation, and release validation.
Mentor and guide team members on automation best practices and technical challenges.
Define QA standards, test strategies, and quality guidelines across projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA practice.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and JavaScript.
Good understanding of Cypress Automation.
Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
Experience with UI, API, and end-to-end automation testing.
Robust understanding of REST APIs, API Authentication & Authorization, OAuth, JWT,Basic Security Testing
Experience using API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI
