Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and risk management , ensuring the company's financial stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills to drive financial efficiency and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance , identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and recommendations to senior management.

Accounting & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) .
- Oversee taxation, audits, and compliance with regulatory requirements .
- Maintain financial integrity by ensuring internal controls, policies,



and procedures are effectively followed.

Cash Flow & Risk Management:
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks to ensure stability.
- Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and enhance profitability .
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable, receivable, and payroll .

Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Collaborate with executive leadership, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity and efficiency .
- Support decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations .

Investment & Cost Optimization:
- Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and financial models for business expansion.
- Ensure efficient use of company resources while maintaining a strong financial position .
- Implement best financial management practices to drive business growth.
