Hical Technologies is seeking an Electromagnetics Design & Development Expert with a minimum of 3 years of experience in electromechanical design, recent product development, and production handover . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of electromechanical components such as servo motors, sensors, actuators, and solenoids for aerospace, space, and defense applications . Candidates with expertise in electrical & magnetic design using FEM tools, analytical methods, and CAD software are highly preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Electromechanical Design & Development:
- Design and develop servo motors, electromechanical actuators, solenoids, and sensors for specialized applications.
- Conceptualize, design, and detail components & Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) for aerospace actuation and autonomous systems .
- Perform electrical & magnetic design and analysis using FEM tools and analytical methods .
- Develop new designs from scratch , including manufacturing, assembly, and testing of motors, sensors, and actuators.
