Academic Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Psychology lessons aligned with the CISCE (ISC) curriculum.
Develop annual, term-wise, weekly, and daily lesson plans.
Ensure effective classroom instruction using interactive and student-centred teaching methodologies.
Prepare students for the ISC Board Examinations through regular assessments, revision plans, and examination strategies.
Integrate case studies, discussions, projects, research, and practical applications into classroom teaching.
Promote inquiry-based learning and critical thinking.

Assessment & Evaluation

Design and administer formative and summative assessments.




Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and academic progress.
Identify students requiring academic support and conduct remedial sessions.
Prepare report cards and participate in parent-teacher meetings.

Classroom Management

Maintain a disciplined, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Encourage active participation and team-oriented learning.
Foster respect, empathy, and ethical behaviour among students.
Ensure student safety and well-being during school hours.

Student Development

Mentor and guide students regarding academic performance, career aspirations, and emotional well-being.
Encourage participation in psychology-related seminars, debates, research activities, and competitions.
Support students in developing analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
