About The Role

Lead the development of detailed design and coordination of dry utility systems such as Duct Banks for electrical, telecommunication and gas networks.
Support the design development, coordination, and design considerations for dry utilities, including hydro, gas, and telecommunications, within transportation and urban corridors.




Apply subsurface utility engineering principles to evaluate utility data quality and support informed design decisions.
Interface with multiple disciplines to resolve utility conflicts and support approvals.
Review and guide utility design deliverables to ensure technical quality and coordination across disciplines.
Provide technical support during construction, including clarification responses as required.
Mentor intermediate and junior staff and contribute positively to client relationships.
Conflict analysis and resolution in 2D and 3D CAD workplace.
Ownership of QA/QC process of design deliverables.
Support preparation of technical specifications and contract documents.

What do we need from you

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
10+ years of experience in municipal and/or transportation infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to design dry utility systems including electrical design component
