Hiring: Engineering Lead | Hyderabad (Work from Office)

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to join our team in Hyderabad.
Experience: 8–12+ Years

Mandatory Skills:
Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Storage, Networking)
Expertise in .NET (Backend & Full Stack) development
Experience with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / CI-CD
Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture, REST APIs, Security, DevOps & IaC
Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Azure Monitor & Application Insights
Team Management experience is mandatory (leading and mentoring engineering teams)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Azure Backend & Full Stack Engineers.
Drive end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Azure-based applications and integrations.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Business teams.
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality cloud solutions.
