About Position:

This role is for a high-caliber Software Engineer who can design, build, and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications across the full technology stack. The expectation is to be a system designer and problem solver, not just a coder.

What You'll Do:

Build scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS and modern backend (Java/Python) technologies.
Design and develop distributed systems with NoSQL databases and cloud-native architectures.
Develop Agentic AI applications utilizing:
Agent frameworks / Agent Harness:
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Vector Databases
Context Engineering
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and similar platforms for:
Code generation
Code review
Automated deployment
Design end-to-end system architecture and ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Work within the Salesforce ecosystem and integrate AI solutions with Salesforce platforms.

Expertise You'll Bring:





Full stack experience including distributed computing, no-sql databases.
Familiarity with agent development (agent harness), vector databases, RAG, and context engineering
Strong hands-on experience utilizing AI tools like Claude Code, Codex and have a system for code generation, code review, and code deployment
Must have knowledge of Claude LLM 1+ experience with sfdc ecosystem.
More software engineers and less computer programmer.
Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
Able to do end-to-end full-stack system design Hands on experience on React JS Good to have - Mosaic AI Agent framework, IaC knowledge might be good to have
