About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Designer / Developer with strong expertise in NVIDIA Omniverse, OpenUSD (Universal Scene Description), Digital Twin Development, Real-Time 3D Visualization, and Industrial Simulation. This role will focus on building next-generation Factory Digital Twins for advanced manufacturing environments, enabling smart factory operations, simulation-driven decision making, and Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience converting CAD and PLM data into optimized OpenUSD assets, developing Omniverse extensions, improving real-time rendering performance, and creating immersive, data-driven digital twin environments for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities-

Convert CAD, PLM, and engineering design assets into optimized OpenUSD (USD) environments.
Create scalable USD hierarchies, variants, materials, metadata, composition layers,



and reusable asset libraries.
Establish OpenUSD best practices for asset governance, validation, naming conventions, and scene management.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated validation of USD assets and Omniverse workflows.
Build and maintain large-scale Manufacturing Digital Twins and Factory-of-the-Future simulation environments.
Design and develop custom NVIDIA Omniverse Kit Extensions using Python and C++.
