Your Role

Participate the construction, commissioning, installation qualification, operational qualification of chemical plant with the engineering team. Lead the performance qualification and process validation with the support from giving site experts, tech transfer team and supply chain production planning.
Assure compliance to all company and Indian authorities EHS requirements, regulations, and acquire necessary permits in time with support from relevant department.



Continuously improve plant effectiveness in EHS by providing clear and visible leadership as consistent with the philosophy that every incident is preventable.
Lead the continuous improvement projects for all aspects of process performance including production equipment, cycle times, yields, downtime, raw material efficiency, waste generation, energy efficiency, and quality by following a systematic methodology e.g. Lean -six sigma.
Manage the ramp up of production following the supply chain production planning
Participate in the regular supply review meeting, identify and communicate when problems or potential risks to supply arise and take appropriate counter measures.
Continually enhances the skill level of employees by investing in the learning and development of the organization's employees.
Valuable Technical knowledge of chemicals with troubleshooting of Reactors, Ion exchange columns, Distillation assemblies with proper root cause analysis.
Self sufficient to take care of Maintenance of machinery
