About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Solutions Lead who can transform client briefs into innovative, insight-driven marketing solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with robust creative instincts, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and experience developing integrated campaigns that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of integrated brand solutions across digital, social, influencer, content, media, and experiential platforms.
Interpret client briefs and translate them into compelling strategic and creative solutions.
Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Influencer Marketing, Client Servicing, and Production teams to build winning proposals and pitches.
Develop campaign concepts, communication strategies, and presentation decks for new business and existing clients.
Present ideas and recommendations confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
Identify market trends, consumer insights,



and competitive opportunities to strengthen brand strategies.
Ensure solutions align with client objectives, budgets, timelines, and business goals.
Mentor and guide junior team members while fostering collaboration across departments.
Drive innovation by exploring emerging platforms, technologies, and consumer behavior trends.
Support business growth by contributing to pitches, proposals, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Brand Solutions, Strategy, Integrated Marketing, or a similar role within a digital, advertising, or creative agency.
Strong experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns and strategic presentations.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, content, and media planning.
Proven experience working on client pitches and business proposals.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
