The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on full-stack development experience, problem-solving capabilities, and an engineering mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, automation, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications and engineering solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software while contributing to architecture discussions, engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and productivity improvements.




You are also expected to adopt and promote AI-assisted engineering practices, reusable workflows, automation approaches, and up-to-date development methodologies that help teams deliver faster and better.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions
Work across frontend (React/Angular) and backend technologies (Python) to build modern applications and services
Develop reusable components, APIs, utilities, and engineering accelerators
Participate in technical solutioning, architecture discussions, and system improvements
Write clean, optimized, secure, and production-ready code
Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis
