Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to lead organizational learning, employee capability building, and development initiatives across the company.



This role will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable learning strategies that enhance employee performance, leadership effectiveness, and long-term organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in training and development, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and performance improvement within quick-paced environments. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to partner closely with teams to drive employee growth, build internal talent, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
The role will be based out of our Bangalore office and will work during evening shift hours (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST) in alignment with our New York headquarters.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Learning & Development strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through performance reviews, stakehold
