Description

RWDI is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join us as a full time Business Development Coordinator in our Trivandrum office. Working alongside the Regional Manager from South Asia and Middle East, the successful individual helps drive and develop business relationships forward during this important time.

The Business Development Coordinator supports the Business Development Lead in the execution of regional business development and marketing initiatives. Working under the guidance of the Senior Business Development Coordinator, the role focuses on assisting with research, CRM administration, client outreach support, digital content creation, proposal coordination, and marketing activities. The role provides administrative and operational support to business development initiatives and contributes to the successful delivery of regional

Key Responsibilities





Research:
Assist with researching companies, projects, and key individuals to identify potential clients, new contacts, regional opportunities, and market intelligence.
Support the identification and tracking of regional project opportunities and leads.
Assist with researching architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) market trends and compile findings for internal reporting.
Maintain and update the CRM database with contacts, opportunities, client interactions, and company information.
Assist with identifying and tracking relevant conferences, exhibitions, industry associations, and networking events across the region.
Planning and Coordination:

Assist with the implementation of regional business development plans and marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Senior Business Development Coordinator.
Coordinate logistics for business development trips, client meetings, webinars
