Description
Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate PowerFactory models, simulations, and calculations.
Test power system studies including:
Load Flow Analysis
Short Circuit Analysis
Protection Coordination
Harmonic Analysis
Contingency Analysis
Dynamic Stability Studies
Verify data migration and system integrations between PowerFactory and external applications.
Identify, log, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Subject Matter Experts to resolve issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and quality reviews.
Prepare test summary reports and provide quality metrics.

Strong experience in Manual and Functional Testing.
Experience in Test Planning, Test Case Design, and Defect Management.
Hands-on experience with:
JIRA
Azure DevOps
HP ALM / Quality Center
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.




Experience with API Testing and Integration Testing.
PowerFactory Skills
Hands-on experience with DIgSILENT PowerFactory.
Understanding of electrical power systems and network modelling.
Experience validating:
Transmission Networks
Distribution Networks
Renewable Energy Systems
Grid Interconnection Studies
Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and utility standards.
Familiarity with SCADA, EMS, GIS, and utility applications.
Domain Knowledge
