Responsibilities
This is a full-time, in office position for a Junior Quantity Surveyor specializing in Fit-outs and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). Responsibilities include:
• Preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
• Assisting in managing and controlling project costs
• Supporting cost planning and reporting
• Ensuring projects stay within budget
• Collaborating with project teams to provide accurate financial insights

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Experience preparing and managing BOQs with detailed measurements
• Skills in Cost Reporting and forecasting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities




• Knowledge of construction industry standards, particularly in Fit-outs and MEP
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in consultancy or construction roles is a plus
• Experience in UK and US Quantity Take-Off practices will be considered an added advantage

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–2 years of experience in Competitive Cost Analysis
• 1–2 years of experience with BOQs
