The Travel Consultant – Hotel Operations is responsible for managing day-to-day hotel accommodation bookings for corporate travelers, seafarers,



executives, and VIP/CIP travelers. The role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-effective hotel arrangements while delivering excellent customer service and complying with company policies and set processes.

The position is responsible for performing the following activities

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

Manage end-to-end hotel booking requests and ensure timely confirmations
Source suitable accommodation options based on traveler requirements and company guidelines for offline queries
Coordinate with hotels and suppliers for reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests
Provide support for urgent booking changes and accommodation-related issues
Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
Monitor booking deadlines, room availability, and reservation status
Respond to traveler and stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner
