Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Incharge (Nursing) to oversee nursing operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care while managing and supporting nursing staff effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during assigned shifts.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and safety standards are maintained.
- Assist in the training and development of nursing staff.
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions and communicate with healthcare teams.
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers effectively.




- Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Address patient and family concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification is required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of nursing best practices and patient care standards.
- Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records.
