About the Company
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented D2C Business Analyst to drive insights and decision-making for Technosport's D2C business. The role will be responsible for analysing website performance, customer behaviour, merchandising effectiveness, marketing efficiency, inventory productivity, and overall business performance to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, and translating data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities
Business Performance Analytics
Own daily, weekly, and monthly D2C business reporting.
Track and analyze key business metrics including Revenue, Orders, Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, Revenue per Visitor, and Customer Acquisition.




Monitor business performance against targets and identify growth opportunities and risks.

Website & Funnel Analytics
Analyse the customer journey across Homepage, PLP, PDP, Cart, Checkout, and Purchase stages.
Identify drop-off points and recommend actions to improve conversion rates.
Monitor website engagement metrics including bounce rate, session duration, page views, and user behaviour.

Merchandising & Product Analytics
Analyse category, collection, and product-level performance.
Track best-selling, slow-moving, and under performing products.
Monitor search trends, zero-result searches, and customer browsing behavior.
Support merchandising decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Performance Marketing Analytics
Analyze channel-wise traffic, revenue, CAC, ROAS, MER, and customer acquisition trends.
Work closely with the performance marketing team to improve campaign effectiven
