We are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in Python and Generative AI to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python development, machine learning, and building AI-driven solutions using modern Generative AI technologies. You will work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable AI solutions that address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models using Python to solve real-world business problems.
- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI-powered applications.
- Develop AI prototypes and convert them into scalable production solutions.
- Integrate AI models with existing enterprise systems and applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.




- Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills:
- 5–9 years of experience in Python development and AI/ML projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning.
- Experience with frameworks and concepts such as LangChain, RAG, NLP, and AI model integration.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and AI solution deployment is preferred.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions.
- Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and AI application architecture.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
