Establishing & implementation of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Risk Assessment, RCA, etc.
Developing work methodology, Inspection & Test Plans for all activities, (in coordination with site QC managers)
Smooth functioning of Quality Inspection process, with OR without software.
Coordinating with Team-oriented service providers (for quality) for their effective performance
Leading the Quality Team on all fronts successfully including allocation
Participate in interview & selection process of Quality personnel
Managing periodic site quality audits, NC Management
Effective implementation of Re-work/ s/c performance-based debit system
Developing & implementing periodical Quality Surveillance process.
Establishing & implementing “Lessons Learned”
Managing data & providing statistical reports to Top Management regarding the performance of QMS.
Providing Support for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
