We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join our team. This remote position offers the prospect to work with a leading US client on critical HR and payroll integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday integration, specifically with Payroll and Benefits, and a deep understanding of tools like Workday Studio, BIRT, and EIB.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Integration (PECI):
- Design, develop, and implement Workday Payroll integrations, specifically using PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface).
- Ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external payroll systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll integrations.
- Benefits Integration:
- Manage and execute Workday Benefits integrations, particularly focusing on Open Enrollment processes.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
- Support the annual Open Enrollment cycle, ensuring all integrations are functioning correctly and data is accurate.
- Workday Studio:




- Utilize Workday Studio for complex integrations, custom reports, and data transformations.
- Develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio.
- BIRT and EIB:
- Create and maintain reports using BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) within Workday.
- Utilize EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) for simple to moderate integrations and data loads.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data through regular audits and validations.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance for integrations.
- Train and mentor junior team members on Workday integration best practices.

Qualifications
- Must-Have Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant.
- Strong experience with Workday Payroll integration, specifically using PEC
