About the Role

As an Associate Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and establishing relationships with prospective clients. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our sales team and the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, email, and social networking in your assigned SBU.
Identifying sales opportunities through primary, secondary research including building up and maintaining prospects’ database.
Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
Establish and maintain a relationship with prospective clients.
Schedule 1:1 meeting with prospects.
Maintain inside sales activity records in CRM.




Meet weekly and quarterly inside sales targets and log all prospecting activity in CRM.
Position the value of Gramener’s offerings to prospects and partners.

Qualifications

MBA in Sales and Marketing is required but not a constraint.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
Hungry and have the desire to drive top-line revenue.
Aggressive and dynamic with the right attitude.
Confident with a pleasing personality.
Ability to write enticing emails clearly articulating the value of Gramener’s offerings.
Excellent relationship building and organizational skills.
Enjoy working in a fast-changing field.

Preferred Skills

4 -6 Years’ experience in Business Development/ Cold Calling or as inside sales rep.
Willing to work from 7 PM to 3 AM (IST) shift.
Go – Getter Attitude is a must and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets.
