The Role
As part of the QA Engineering Team focusing on tech, you will work on building and optimizing the testing processes through automation and tooling. You will ensure product quality by automating both aspects of QA, that is functional & non-functional testing and performing manual validation when required. You will be actively collaborating with the Product Management, Developer, Project Management & Data Analytics/Engineering functions to play a vital role in growing our products and scaling our platform.
Roles and Responsibilities
Own quality end-to-end
Take ownership of quality for features across frontend and backend systems
Participate in requirement discussions and identify edge cases early
UI workflows - Design check, Workflow checks, API Integration checks
API Testing - Test APIs and validate request, responses
DB Testing - Validate the expected DB-level changes
Collaboration & communication
Work closely with Engineering, Product and DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases
Clearly communicate quality risks and testing status to stakeholders
Leverage AI in testing
Use AI tools to accelerate test creation, debugging, and coverage analysis
Build intelligent test strategies using data and AI-assisted tooling
Required Skill Set
B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
4 to 8 years of experience in QA
Core QA skills
Robust understanding of end-to-end testing
Experience with UI, API & DB testing
Experience with API testing tools (RestAssured, Postman, S
