Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will create explicit, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that enables customers and internal stakeholders to effectively understand and use our products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Support, to transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Development
Create, update, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, process documentation, technical specifications, knowledge base articles,
and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational standards for quality, accuracy, consistency, and usability.
Simplify complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
Content Management
Research, organize, write, review, and edit documentation based on project requirements and product updates.
Maintain documentation repositories and ensure content remains current, accurate, and easily accessible.
Continuously review existing documentation and recommend improvements to enhance clarity and user experience.
Collaboration
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Support teams to gather technical information and validate documentation.
Participate in documentation planning throughout the product development lifecycle.
