Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and highly driven Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition for Zyeta's Design & Build business.

This is a 100% Hunting Role ,



ideal for professionals who excel at identifying opportunities, opening new doors, building strategic relationships, and winning high-value corporate interior projects. The role requires a solid market presence, exceptional networking capabilities, and a proven track record of generating business through self-driven prospecting and relationship development.You will own the complete business development lifecycle—from market mapping and lead generation to client engagement, commercial negotiations, and successful project closure.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire recent enterprise clients for Zyeta's Design & Build business.
Build a strong pipeline through market mapping, networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic relationship building.
Develop a strong network with enterprise decision-makers, Corporate Real Estate leaders, GCCs, IPCs, PMCs, architects, consultants, comm
