Responsibilities:

Co-own the end-to-end product roadmap for patient payments, invoice ingestion, discounts, refunds, reconciliation, and PMS integrations.
Convert business and operational requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering and QA to deliver high-quality, predictable releases.
Own integration strategy with Practice Management Systems (API, DB sync, file-based, RPA).
Define data models and flows for patient AR, invoices, payments, refunds, and posting back to PMS.
Ensure product scalability, reliability, auditability, and compliance.
Work with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Client IT teams to ensure strong product-market fit.
Act as the product owner for complex client implementations and integrations.

Required Skills & Knowledge:





5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare, fintech, payments, or SaaS platforms.
Robust experience managing technical, integration-heavy products.
Hands-on understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
Proven track record of owning product KPIs tied to revenue and operational outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Familiarity with payment gateways (e.g., Square, Stripe) and reconciliation processes.
Experience integrating with Practice Management Systems or EHRs.
SaaS B2B product experience in regulated environments.
