We are seeking an experienced Junior Executive in Human Resource to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of progressive experience in the field of Human Resource, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Your Responsibilities
Responsible for entire recruitment cycle starting from planning, onboarding & exit
Responsible for End-to-end Talent Acquisition Process levels.
HR Operations (like issuing employee letters etc)
Manpower Planning & Forecasting, Sourcing, Screening, Planning, Conducting Interviews, Background Checks, Timely Closure of Manpower Targets as per Budgeted Numbers and target hire dates.
Monitoring & Implementing of Effective Sourcing Channels like Campus Recruitments, Internal Job Posting & Employee Referral Schemes.
To design job description of every position and restructure the entire organization to optimize the requirement.
Maintaining Database of CVs, Short-listing Of Resumes.
Continues & timely follow up with candidates and department heads.
Seamless coordination with the Plant.
Employee engagement and grievance handling
MIS Reporting
Skills Required
Proven 1-2 years of working experience in the HR department
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Preference if worked at a Pharma Plant
Pedigree
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications in Human Resources or Organization Development
