Position Overview





We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated professional for the role of Assistant Professor – HR & Organizational Behaviour for the MBA program. The ideal candidate should hold a PhD in HR / Organizational Behaviour / Management and demonstrate robust capabilities in teaching, research, and academic administration. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching in core areas such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Industrial Relations
- Design and update curriculum in line with current industry practices and academic standards
- Engage in research and publish in reputed journals (Scopus/ABDC/UGC-listed preferred)
- Guide MBA students in projects, internships, dissertations, and placements
