a)QualificationsGraduate and preferably master’s in Statistics/ Computersb)Work Experience•Responsible for managing the NPL portfolio from a Business Intelligence standpoint•Will be responsible for complete end to end Performance tracking and portfolio reporting•End to end responsibility of building recent dashboards•Enhancement and updation of existing dashboards•Implementing Power BI/ Table to generate MIS•Identifying areas of weaknesses, recommending solutions and supporting the collection team to achieve targets•Scan environment and be up to date on emerging trends globally on collection analytics and build use cases•Analyze current environment & collection trends and provide improvement solutions•Collaborate with collection team to understand requirement and come up with solutions to their requirements• Effective communication with stakeholders – teams, Business partners, IT partners and Senior Management• Formulate strategies and plan deliverables to deliver on the operational goals for the function and the team•Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and accuracy•Attention to details and good organizational skills•Lateral thinking ability
