Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible to support the Marketing and Commercial team with analytics and reporting initiatives, with a focus on project management, vendor management and internal process operation management.

Broad Level Responsibilities will include:
- Generate market intelligence using desktop research, primary market research and secondary data analysis for key products
- Provide insightful advice in terms of Marketing Mix Analysis and brand strategies on how to beat the competition
- Apply analytics and business acumen to diagnose external sales performance issues, data issues, and generate insights along with recommendations to demonstrably influence business decisions and outcomes
- Work with stakeholders and tech to gather and validate reporting and analytics requirements
- Work with Tech to design, develop, and deploy dashboards and analytics reports for business units and senior leaders




- Leverage modern data visualization and analytics technologies to create energetic business dashboards to effectively communicate and bring key insights to life for stakeholders
- Query data from database systems to provide ad-hoc project and analyses, insights, and recommendations for various stakeholders
- Promote the use of high-quality data and support a culture of fact-based decision-making in Marketing and Commercial teams by building capabilities and provide guidance and training to the community in visualization, analytics tool usage and data understanding.
- Stay abreast of Business Intelligence products and tools as well as business strategies and direction.
- Identify and bring forward new reporting and analytics technologies and opportunities that will positively impact on decision making
- Advises senior leaders and key stakeholders on how data and analytics play a critical role in business management and optimization
