We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer who is passionate about cloud-native
technologies, platform engineering, and developer experience. This role is ideal
for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading through
technical expertise, and wants to grow toward a future Architect or Principal
Engineer career path.

You will help evolve our Kubernetes-based platform, influence technical
direction, and work closely with experienced architects and engineers to build
the foundation for the next generation of digital products at WSA.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Design, build,



and operate cloud-native platform capabilities that improve
reliability, scalability, and developer productivity

* Help evolve our Kubernetes-based Internal Developer Platform (IDP), making it
easier for teams to build and deliver software

* Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps while developing
your own architecture skills

* Explore and industrialize emerging platform capabilities for AI and agentic
workloads, including AI gateways, agent runtimes, governance controls,
observability, and developer self-service experiences

* Evaluate and prototype cloud-native technologies from the CNCF ecosystem such
as observability, GitOps, service mesh, developer tooling, and platform
automation

* Collaborate with development teams to improve developer experience and create
a smooth software delivery journey

* Drive improvements in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps
workflows, and operation
