Job Description:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation module
- Configure and test compensation functionality to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Develop and execute testing plans to ensure successful implementation
- Provide training and support to end-users
Required Skills:
- 7-9 years of experience with Oracle Workforce Compensation
- Solid understanding of compensation planning and configuration
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Oracle Cloud Experience: Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and configuration
