Senior Solution Specialist - Africa

The Senior Solution Specialist – Africa is an Execution Ownership role – responsible for scaling FieldAssist’s enterprise business in Africa. This role combines:

Individual Enterprise Hunting (Primary Revenue Driver)
On-ground Market Development




Strategic Account Building

The mandate is simple:
Win anchor enterprise logos, build deep customer relationships, and create a predictable revenue engine.
This role requires frequent travel to Africa (Kenya, Nigeria being key markets) and significant time spent in-market building executive relationships across FMCG, Beverage, Pharma, and Consumer distribution companies.

Responsibilities:

Direct Enterprise Revenue Ownership :

Personally own and close large enterprise deals.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Anchor CXO-level conversations (Sales, GTM, Ops, IT).
Drive commercial negotiations and deal structuring.
Build and maintain executive relationships across top target accounts.

Market Development & Customer Network Building
Spend significant time in Africa building:
CXO network
Industry referrals
Consultant & ecosystem relationships
