Role Brief:
The Client Engagement Intern plays a key support role in delivering high-quality virtual and on-ground volunteering experiences for clients. The role focuses on coordinating event logistics, managing stakeholder communication, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring smooth execution before, during, and after events.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the client engagement team to plan, coordinate, and implement virtual and in-person volunteering events.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation to support events executed, including plans, approvals, and reports.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings; accurately record minutes and track decisions and action items.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including answering calls, managing emails, and maintaining records.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and community partners to ensure alignment
