? Language Instruction
- Teach Kannada across Grades 1–10, from strong foundations to advanced proficiency
- Design engaging lessons across reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Embed Kannada culture, literature, and heritage into everyday learning
? Student Development
- Assess progress using formative and summative tools and personalize instruction
- Support learners at different proficiency levels
- Inspire appreciation for Kannada language and cultural identity
? Collaboration
- Work with educators to integrate Kannada across subjects
- Partner closely with parents on student progress
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
? What You Bring
✅ Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Kannada / Kannada Literature / Education (Kannada specialization)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (including internships)
- Native or near-native proficiency in Kannada
- Strong classroom management for ages 6–16
⭐ Preferred
- Master’s degree or B.Ed.
- Experience teaching Kannada as a first or second language
- Comfort with educational technology
