Job Summary

Konark Group is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to oversee and manage road and highway construction activities for its ongoing KDMC Road Project in Kalyan. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in execution, monitoring, and coordination of road infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor road and highway construction activities.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Verify measurements, site records, and work progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.




• Identify and resolve technical issues at site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Manage finishing works, road lining, pavement works, and project close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Roads, Highways, Infrastructure, or Government Road Projects.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of road construction methodologies.
• Experience in pavement works, road lining, earthwork, and finishing activities.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Valuable communication and team management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Roads, Highways, or Infrastructure Projects.
• Experience working on municipal, PWD, KDMC, NHAI, or similar projects will be preferred.
