Purpose

This role is responsible for the project to be delivered in line with the scope, schedule and cost.

Key Missions

Defines the deliverables and develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, communication plans, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets




Leads and coordinates the project team, and may provides technical guidance
Ensures the deliverables are within the right quality standards, security standard and cost
Manages changes that may impact the scope, the schedule and the cost of the project
Manages stakeholders expectations and communicates accordingly and timely
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
Ensures handover to operation team Assists IT Project Manager in following up the projects and perform easy tasks (setting up meetings, meeting minutes, schedule updates
Manages non tritical projects,
Communicates about the projects to stakeholders
Works under the supervision of a more experienced IT Project Manager
