A General Manager - Consolidation & Financial Reporting in Olam Agri is responsible for managing the corporate consolidation function of the group and delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. The role ensures robust financial controls, adherence to IFRS standards, and the establishment of effective, technology-enabled consolidation and reporting frameworks. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional, country, and business unit teams across geographies to drive standardisation, improve reporting efficiency, and support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial insights.

- Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements under IFRS (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, segment reporting, and notes)
- Manage multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation processes across global operations
