Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving our clients' online presence and growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of various digital marketing channels, with a primary focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. In this role, you will also be leading and supervising a team of 5-6 talented professionals, including Social Media Manager, Google Ads Manager, Design Head, and Designers, ensuring seamless collaboration and achieving outstanding results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet the specific goals and objectives of each client's digital campaigns.
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify trends and opportunities for our clients' campaigns.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment between paid and organic social media efforts.
Oversee the Design Head and Designers to ensure the creation of visually appealing and effective ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Implement A/B testing and other testing methodologies to optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and industry developments in digital marketing and advertising.
Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for campaign updates, performance reports, and strategic consultations.
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different digital channels
