Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Junior Recruiter (available for an Intern-to-Full-Time track or immediate Full time entry-level role)

You will work closely with senior HR team members to source, screen, and onboard top-tier talent, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and startup HR operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and campus hiring).

Screen resumes, conduct initial HR screening calls, and assess candidate alignment with VMax values and role requirements.
