Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with robust expertise in Collateral Management within Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Investment Accounting, Derivatives,



and Wealth Management and will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions. Experience in the Insurance domain, particularly with wealth and investment management platforms, is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Perform business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Analyze collateral management workflows including margining, settlements, reconciliations, and dispute management
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and support system integration initiatives
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, requirement walkthroughs,
