Qellus is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager based in India to lead client-facing OpenText and enterprise technology projects from initiation through deployment and closure.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, not a project coordinator position. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator who can lead client meetings, drive decisions, manage difficult conversations, and hold internal teams, clients, and vendors accountable for commitments.

Most Qellus clients are based in North America, so regular overlap with North American business hours is required. Occasional support for clients in other global regions may also be needed.

Lead end-to-end delivery of OpenText, ECM, ERP integration, upgrade, migration, and digital transformation projects.

Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and client satisfaction.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, financial forecasts, and governance documentation.
