Application DBA role is a Production Database Support team under WI Data Engineering Team. This team supports various databases to manage WI critical applications for the business. WI Database Administration Support group provides database services related to the Oracle E Business Suite, PostgreSQL hosted in Azure and Distributed databases infrastructure for multiple clients facing internal and external applications.
Production Support which includes 7x12 on call support, Database Infrastructure Support, performance monitoring, 1st level performance troubleshooting, Risk/Audit compliance and Non-Production database refreshes. Database and Oracle Application Maintenance includes Oracle Database upgrades, Database reorganizations, Security Patching, Application Upgrades.
