What you'll do

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping transformation across India Hub COO Office. You’ll design and deliver change projects and workstreams, establishing programme structures that keep transformation organised and effective. You’ll make sure initiatives will align with our strategic vision, driving meaningful outcomes while proactively managing risks and ensuring continuous improvement.

Alongside this,



you’ll build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions, influencing decisions and fostering collaboration across programmes.

You’ll be instrumental in:
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of change projects that create simpler, faster, and more sustainable outcomes for the business and its customers
- Managing and reporting project progress in line with standard processes through keen understanding of development lifecycles and mandatory requirements
- Assessing the impact of other programmes and managing dependencies
- Reporting on transformation progress and results, using data and customer insight to monitor quality and effectiveness of outcomes
