Job Description:

This role will primarily handle the below-mentioned job responsibilities.
- MS Business Analytics: Exploring business intelligence tools and developing quick

reference Dashboards and reports on MS business (Operational) with reference data of previous years
- Ensuring Quality and performance of operations through continuous monitoring and reporting - KPIs and SLAs.
- Volume Forecasting, for effective resource utilization and time management.
- Enhanced Customer experience – interactions with Internal & External customers.
- Create and manage technical tickets (JIRAs) to drive completion of technical changes.
- Manage test and production environments for critical tools like workflow, CRM, ERP, etc.
- Troubleshooting system and process as needed.
