We are currently seeking a Site Manager / RCM, to join our team, and this position will be directly reporting to Head - Construction

In this role,
you will work with the Project and site team ensuring the overall management of all site activities in terms of HSE, quality, cost, and milestones, in compliance with company rules and procedures, project specifications, while maintaining positive relationships with client/PMC and local authorities. You will be instrumental in ensuring project completion on time.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Elaborates the construction and sub-contracting strategy on the basis of scope of work, contract obligations, and Company policy and in line with project requirements.
- Participates in construction schedule on the basis of contractual milestones/targets giving input to the Project Group so as to elaborate the Overall project Master Schedule.
- Coordinates the preparation of Overall and Discipline Construction Progress Charts.
