Job Title: Manager - Inventory & Demand Planning

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends.

• Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and customer insights to forecast demand accurately.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather relevant data for demand planning.

• Monitor and adjust forecasts to ensure alignment with actual sales and market changes.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to demand variability and uncertainties.

• Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts and performance metrics.

• Support the supply planning team to ensure seamless coordination between demand and supply.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in demand forecasting and stock planning.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.





• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in demand planning software and tools.

• Understand supply planning processes and their impact on demand planning.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4-5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related role.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
